**Job description**
- We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a **Tele calling Executive** to join our operations Department.

**IT IS NOT A SALES OR TARGET BASED JOB**

**JOB DESCRIPTION: -**
- Making phone calls.
- Receive phone calls.
- Update & maintain the database as per the feedback.
- Assist the operations team for administrative tasks.
- Handle the official portals.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate Degree or equivalent.
- Must have knowledge of MS-Office i.e., MS- Word & MS-Excel.
- Minimum 1 years of work experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in Educational or any other organization.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Need to be fluent in languages
- English,Hindi & Bengali.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

Job Location: - **Salt Lake, Sec - 3**

Job Timing: - **9:30 am - 6:30 pm**
