Job Description: Looking for senior Tele Callers for College Admissions and Counseling Firm

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Tele Callers for our specialized college admissions and counseling firm. As a Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in assisting students and their families with the admissions process and providing guidance on their educational journey. Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in additional languages such as Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam is highly desirable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and their families to provide information about our college admissions and counseling services.
- Engage in meaningful conversations, understand their educational aspirations, and provide personalized guidance based on their needs.
- Follow up with leads, maintain accurate records of interactions, and update the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries and concerns promptly, and maintain a positive and professional image of our firm.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to the growth of the firm.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in at least one additional language (Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam) is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with students and their families.
- Goal-oriented mindset, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for education and helping students achieve their academic goals.
