**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, including configuration, customization, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Dynamics 365.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain custom workflows, plugins, and integrations with other systems using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary optimizations to ensure smooth operation.
- Implement security best practices and permissions management within Dynamics 365 to safeguard data integrity and privacy.
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to ensure effective utilization of Dynamics 365 functionality.
- Stay updated on latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 features, releases, and best practices to continuously improve system capabilities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including configuration, customization, and administration.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service.
- Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Ability to gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-210) are a plus.
