**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation (with in-depth knowledge required)**:

- **Understanding the Audience**: Develop a strong understanding of the target audience for each of Greenland Industries' product categories. This involves researching their demographics, interests, social media platforms they frequent, and the kind of content they engage with.
- **Content Strategy**: Craft separate content strategies for each product category, keeping Greenland Industries' overall brand voice consistent.
- **Content Creation Tools**: Be comfortable using basic photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva) to create visually appealing content showcasing Greenland Industries' solar solutions, fancy lighting options, elegant crockery, beautiful ceramics, aroma products, and puja items.
- **Copywriting**: Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct captions, ad copy, and other social media content tailored to each product category. Understanding basic copywriting principles and crafting compelling messages that resonate with the respective target audiences is crucial.
- **Staying Updated**: Proactively stay updated on social media trends, hashtags, and industry news relevant to each of Greenland Industries' product categories. This ensures content remains fresh and targeted.

**AI Training for Content Creation (Bonus)**:
While a strong foundation in social media and content creation is necessary, Greenland Industries will provide additional support through AI training. This training might involve:

- **AI-powered content suggestion tools**: Utilize AI-powered platforms that suggest trending topics, relevant hashtags, and content formats specific to each of Greenland Industries' product categories.
- **Smart content creation tools**: Gain experience with AI-assisted copywriting tools that can help generate ideas, headlines, and even draft initial content pieces tailored to the target audience for each product category. You'll then edit and refine these suggestions to ensure they align with Greenland Industries' brand voice.
- **Community Management**:

- Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, addressing inquiries related to Greenland Industries' diverse product range.
- Monitor brand mentions and engage with followers in online conversations, fostering a positive online community around Greenland Industries.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills or a pro apptitube for learning new skills in diverse fields.
- Creative sense and ability to develop engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Basic knowledge of social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
