- Schedule and publish posts across different social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond or escalate as necessary.

**Community Engagement**:

- Interact with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Foster community engagement by participating in relevant conversations and discussions.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the performance of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the social media team.

**Research and Trends**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Conduct research on competitors and industry benchmarks to inform social media strategies.

**Campaign Support**:
