Role - International Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire new international customers, with a focus on expanding market reach and driving revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential markets, customer segments, and emerging trends in international markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target markets, including distributors, retailers, and business partners.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute international sales and marketing campaigns, including trade shows, exhibitions, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze international market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and optimize sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products/services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to international customers, addressing any concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of international sales operations.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable insights to the management team.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to international sales, and share knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an International Sales Executive for 5 years or a similar role, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer base.
- In-depth knowledge of international markets, including cultural nuances, business practices, and legal/regulatory frameworks.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.
- Excellent presentation and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and value propositions.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, particularly in languages relevant to target international markets.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
