**Job Summary for international sales**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate international markets and achieve revenue targets for BPO services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries to understand their needs and position our services effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and client services, to develop tailored solutions and proposals that address client requirements and objectives.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals and secure new business contracts.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness, generate leads, and build relationships with potential clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in international sales, preferably in the BPO or related industry.
- Strong understanding of BPO services, including outsourcing, offshoring, and managed services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Min 3 years experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,998.50 - ₹500,000.00 per month
