**Role description**:
This role requires a strong background in meeting and conferencing technologies (especially BlueJeans, AV systems, and VC platforms), along with excellent troubleshooting and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide end-to-end AV and conferencing support for daily meetings (remote or onsite)
- Set up and test video conferencing systems, including BlueJeans and other platforms
- Support executive-level users with poise, professionalism, and discretion
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues on PC and Mac systems
- Conduct system checks and ensure all AV equipment is functioning optimally
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless support
- Deliver clear technical guidance to users and document best practices
- Continuously identify and implement process and service improvements
- Maintain flexibility for rotating shifts, including occasional on-call coverage

**Qualifications**:

- 3-4 years of corporate IT experience in a similar AV/VC support role
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge of conferencing tools (e.g., BlueJeans, WebEx, Zoom, MS Teams)
- Familiarity with PC and Mac operating systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
