**Required Skills**:

- Minimum experience of **6 months** is needed in data mining/data research
- **Preferred industry: IT services and consulting**
- Applicant should be from **West Bengal** or nearby states like **Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand**
- Applicant must have educational background of **Marketing & Sales (BBA,MBA preferably)**
- Good understanding of organisational hierarchy structure
- Must have experience in data mining using **LinkedIn, Apollo, ZOHO, Crunchbase etc**.
- Should be aware of the research methods and technics
- Should be well versed with MS Office.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Collecting and compiling data from various sources such as databases, surveys, and secondary research materials.
- Fetching relevant companies from target industry verticals on a daily basis
- Fetching basic business card data of all contacts generated daily
- Analysing and interpreting data using statistical software, tools, and techniques.
- Assisting in the development of research methodologies and data collection instruments.
- Conducting data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Creating reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with project teams to support research and data analysis needs.
- Contributing to the development of new research ideas and initiatives.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging research methods.
