**Role Description**:

- Incident Management - Analysis of Incidents, Match with known Error, referencing to known workarounds if any and provide quick first line fix.
- As part of incident management, liaise with relevant IT Team (TIG, Network, Hardware, Cloud Admin etc.) to close any hardware or network related issues.
- If not resolved, then send it to the respective L2 team to analyze them further.
- Keep eye on the monitoring dashboards and highlight if any issues like node down or if any micro services are going down.
- Resources should coordinate with multiple teams to identify the issue and conclude on RCA.
- Daily checklist, tasks, day to day operational calls to be performed by the resources.
- Service window 24 X 7.

**Requirements**:

- Any Graduate
- Hands on experience on GCP or Azure.
- Hands on experience in Incident Management.
- Must have thorough understanding of Cloud Fundamentals.
