**Job Title**: Call Center Executive
**Location**: Shalby Hospitals - Vapi
**Department**: Customer Care / Front Office
**Reports To**: Call Center Supervisor / Unit Head

**Job Purpose**:
To handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, assist patients with appointment booking, service information, and resolve queries, ensuring excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend inbound/outbound calls and respond to patient queries.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and providing hospital service information.
- Handle patient complaints/escalations politely and efficiently.
- Maintain records of calls, patient details, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication.
- Achieve daily/weekly call handling targets and quality benchmarks.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
- Patient-centric and service-oriented approach.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Any Graduate.
- 1-3 years of experience in call center/customer care (healthcare preferred).
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
