
Back Office Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Transaction Processing**:
- Handle all types of mutual fund transactions such as SIPs, SWPs, STPs, redemptions, and switches.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of investment instructions.
- **Client Account Management**:
- Maintain and update client data in the system and other back-end portals.
- Monitor SIPs, auto-debit mandates (e-NACH), and follow up on rejections or failures.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:
- Ensure all KYC, FATCA, and related compliance documents are correctly filled and stored.
- Assist with audit requirements and regulatory reporting.
- **MIS and Reporting**:
- Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports (portfolio statements, transaction logs, pending SIPs, etc.).
- Track client investments, maturities, and portfolio reviews.
- **Client Coordination**:
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers and Financial Advisors to support client servicing.
- Send reminders and updates related to investments, goal planning, and account status.
- **System Handling**:
- Operate portals, and Excel sheets efficiently.
- Upload bulk transactions or client data where necessary.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Commerce or Finance preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in financial services, preferably mutual funds
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and back-office portals
- Understanding of mutual fund concepts, SIPs, SWPs, and compliance norms
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
