**Job Title: Product Associate(IT)**

**Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Associate to join our team. As a Product

Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the product management team in the development, launch, and maintenance of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, assist in product planning, and contribute to the overall success of our products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, providing insights for product development and strategy.
- Collaborate with the product management team to define product requirements, features, and user stories based on customer insights and business goals.
- Support the product roadmap planning process by assisting in prioritizing features, tracking development progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing user data and feedback, providing actionable insights to inform product decisions and enhancements.
- Help with the coordination and execution of user testing and feedback sessions to validate assumptions and improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Assist in maintaining product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and release notes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support the product launch process by coordinating tasks, preparing marketing materials, and assisting in the communication of product updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports and analysis to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management, and contribute insights to improve product strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a product-related role, such as product management, product marketing, or product support.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data using tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or data visualization platforms.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
- Passion for technology and an eagerness to learn and adapt to new product concepts and features.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
