**Sourcing Merchandiser
- Apparel**

**Primary Requirement**
- Results-driven Sourcing Merchandiser with end-to-end ownership from sourcing to shipment.
- Demonstrates strong negotiation skills and resilience in achieving year-on-year cost savings.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management across buying teams and suppliers. Brings deep technical knowledge of fabrics, product construction, and quality, with a preference for experience in babywear.
- Skilled in critical path management and driving lead time reduction through innovative solutions and new product development.
- Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving abilities and proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and PLM systems.
- Experience required - 6-8 years
