Job Purpose:
The Digital Marketing division of Royal Enfield's Global Brand team is responsible for providing thoughtful, thorough and robust strategy for all digital touch-points (Web, Mobile, Search, Social, Display, and Video) and then executing those recommendations expertly. The team leverages their expertise of each channel to make sure its recommendations are consistently excellent and innovative, and that in-channel performance and data integrity is maximized. You will be a part of this team with specific focus on data analytics, optimization and driving efficiencies for the brand’s digital efforts, supporting the team to build effective and efficient customer nurturing streams. You bring in experience of working data from various consumer touchpoints to build intelligence for effective communication and performance marketing. The role entails leading the reporting and analysis across projects and always on performance campaigns. You have a keen attention to details and have a good grip on the digital ecosystem and data driven marketing.

What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with digital team, brand managers and sales to develop an understanding of needs Research and devise innovative statistical models for data analysis
- Communicate findings to all stakeholders
- Enable smarter business processes—and implement analytics for meaningful insights
- Keep current with technical and industry developments around data analytics, use cases for process improvement, emerging technological changes
- Strong understanding of digital technologies including latest tools social, SEO, ORM Website backend, UI/UX.
- Proven record of using digital analytics platforms like Google Analytics to analyze digital data & draw business ready insights from the same.
- Collaborate with Digital agencies and other vendor partners & Co-ordinate with cross functional teams across APAC, EU, North America and get the work delivered.
- Execute analytical experiments methodically to help solve various problems and make a true impact across various domains and functions
- Identify relevant data sources and sets to mine for brand/business needs, and collect large structured and unstructured datasets and variables.
- Devise and utilize algorithms and models to mine big data stores, perform data and error analysis to improve models, and clean and validate data for uniformity and accuracy.
- Analyze data for trends and patterns, and interpret data with a clear objective in mind.
- Implement analytical models into production by collaborating with the IT team and the analytics agency
- Communicate analytic solutions to stakeholders and implement improvements as needed to operational systems
What you'll bring:
**Experience**:
- 5 years and above (4 years with Digital agency, 1 with Brand agency is preferred)
- Strong understanding of SEO, website backend, I/UX Google Analytics, content formats, and reporting
- Good experience of generating analytics
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Full Time) - Advertising, Communication or similar stream, MBA (Full Time) (Advertising, Communication or similar stream)
