At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join our GoDaddy Website Builder & Presence team, crafting engaging experiences to help entrepreneurs around the globe establish their online identity and presence. Our platform enables users to build and run professional websites that elevate their brand and attract customers. You will craft outstanding products for millions of next-gen entrepreneurs.

We’re a distributed team with members in the USA, Canada, South Africa, and India. We are committed to being available for team meetings from 8am to 10am PDT (17:00 to 19:00 SAST, 20:30 to 22:30 IST) Monday through Thursday, for overlap across time zones
- We kick off by going deep into discovery and research
- Collaborate with PMs and engineers in cross-functional teams
- Use Figma, Miro, or Figjam to brainstorm, Figma to craft and prototype, Slack and Loom for async updates, and Confluence and Jira for project management and documentation
- Polish all the UI details and make fast, data-driven decisions
- We run our own usability tests, learn, and iterate quickly
- We have a once-a-week “meeting-free” day reserved for some deep focus (Wednesdays)
- Asynchronous, with clear communication and documentation

**What you'll get to do...**
- Help entrepreneurs build and maintain their online presence through engaging mobile and web experiences
- Build fabulous and intuitive user experiences that are inclusive and fun
- Craft end-to-end user journeys and interface designs
- Build prototypes with interactions, haptics, and motion
- Pitch innovative product ideas and drive initiatives from inception to launch
- Collaborate with other designers, product managers, and developers to deliver high-quality final products
- Enforce pattern libraries, brand standards, and approved design-driven playbooks
- Investigate customer problems and craft corresponding solutions, incorporating user testing and qualitative intel
- Consistently showcase work to peers and cross-functional team leads, actively participating in design review meetings

**Your experience should include...**
- 2+ years of experience with a strong focus on web design
- An online portfolio showcasing the breadth of your work
- Strong product thinking, visual design, and prototyping skills
- Understanding of industry standards (responsive design, accessibility guidelines)
- Proficient in Figma (or Sketch)
