**Key Responsibilities**:
You will be working on one of our special projects in elder care as an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing vendor onboarding, service fulfilment and service quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Operational Work for Fulfilment**:

- Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, business and finance to facilitate the smooth execution of client services and cater to new requirements. - Ensure timely and accurate processing of client requests, contracts, and invoices.

**2. Customer Satisfaction**: - Monitor and assess client satisfaction levels through regular communication and feedback mechanisms. - Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.

**3. Service Quality Assurance**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations. - Conduct periodic service reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

**4. Conduct Vendor Onboarding**:

- Ensure a steady supply of vendors are available to cater all types of requirements - Follow and adhere to Onboarding SOPs and TATs for vendor onboarding - Manage vendor payrolls and ensure it is getting processed timely with no escalations

**Requirements**:
- Graduation / Post Graduation Preferred
- 1-3 years of operations role experience (Startup-Like Mindset preferred)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software(s).**

**Located in Mumbai and able to work from the office. - Is OK with rotational shifts (Alternate weekends working)**

**Job Details**:

- **Salary**: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
- **Work Timings**: 6 days working Rotetional Shift
