**Monitoring program progress**: The program coordinator is responsible for monitoring program progress, identifying issues, and making necessary adjustments to ensure that programs are successful.

**Developing program evaluation strategies**:The program coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing evaluation strategies to measure the success of each program.

Managing program staff and volunteers: The program coordinator may oversee program staff and volunteers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

Building relationships with partners and stakeholders: The program coordinator works with partners, stakeholders, and other organizations to build relationships, share resources, and coordinate efforts.
