Sales and Marketing Executive

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote and sell bitumen products to road contractors.

Identify and target potential customers, including road contractors, construction companies, and government agencies involved in road construction projects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance customer loyalty and drive sales.

Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.

Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and achieve sales targets.

Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the management team.

Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to bitumen and road construction.

Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand business opportunities and enhance industry knowledge.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the bitumen or construction industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.

Ability to deliver engaging sales presentations and negotiate effectively.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and sales activities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Willingness to travel to meet with customers and attend industry events as required.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
