**Key Responsibilities**:

- Connect with potential clients including developers, architects, interior designers, and luxury brands
- Handle lead generation, cold calling, client engagement, and follow-ups
- Maintain CRM systems, update client databases, and track sales progress
- Promote the "Homes & Buildings" magazine to targeted industry professionals
- Support B2B marketing strategies aimed at client acquisition and branding

**Who Can Apply**:

- Fresh graduates (BBA, BMS, Marketing, Mass Media, etc.)
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Passionate about sales and marketing as a long-term career
- Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn
- Comfortable using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
