**Experience Requirements**:

- Should have the knowledge in Safety Management System implementation as per Steel plant standards
- UA UC Near miss reporting, HIRA, JSA, preparation.
- PPE awareness, training, Safety improvements, Safety procedures, safety standards
- Work permit LOTO system
- Factory Act rules.
- Awareness in Operation and Maintenance of Electrical system such as transformer, MV LV Panels, Drives, APFC, Battery bank etc,
- Industrial experience from Steel background with Hot strip mills is recommended
- Monthly EHS data preparation, analysis, action plan preparation, improvements in PPE analysis and its control. Monitoring safety performances of site.
- Must have experience in industrial safety practices especially in Electrical field. Able to analyse the safety data and prepare action plan.
- Good commanding, communication skill, generate safety reports on day to day basis.
- Keep good Coordination and Communication, good relationship with Team members and Client
- Should be familiar with Report preparation, PPT Excel.**Experience Requirements**:

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
