**Position Summary**:
To oversee and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring that manufacturing processes run efficiently, safely, and meet quality and output targets.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to meet targets.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with maintenance for timely servicing of machinery and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support implementation of lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and supervise production operators and shop floor staff.
- Collaborate with other departments (quality, maintenance, supply chain) for smooth workflow.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and control processes.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and safety practices preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or related field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
