**Job Title: Purchase Executive**

Experience: 0-4 years
Qualification : Any Graduate
Work days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Holiday)
Office timings: 10AM-6PM

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for purchase of Electronic Components, Raw material for manufacturing of Electronic Sub Systems and Modules, electronic controllers, Test-Jigs for Defence and Aerospace Industry.
- Obtain quotations and prepare comparative statement of the quotations.
- Negotiate with Suppliers for the better pricing and discounts.
- Finalize the terms of price and mode of dispatch.
- Process purchase orders in the system and put up for management approval.
- Communicate to supplier and expedite for the delivery of ordered items project wise.
- Liaise with stores for receipt of goods and with Finance for payment to Suppliers.
- Should be able to give presentations of the procurement status project wise, should be able to travel to Suppliers premised for expediting or inspection.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
