**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Verify and organize client documentation as per the visa requirements of respective embassies and consulates.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates, clarify documentation requirements, and resolve queries in a professional manner.
- Stay updated on the latest immigration rules, policies, and documentation changes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processing.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information responsibly.
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in visa processing or immigration services.
- Strong knowledge of visa requirements for **Australia** and other countries.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation handling.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
