The Commi Indian Chef is responsible for preparing authentic Indian cuisine under the supervision of senior chefs. The role involves assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Indian dishes while ensuring high standards of food hygiene and quality. This position is suitable for someone passionate about Indian cooking, eager to learn, and willing to contribute to a dynamic kitchen team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of ingredients, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meat, and preparing spices for various Indian dishes.
- **Cooking**: Cook Indian dishes including curries, biryanis, tandoori items, and other traditional recipes according to standard recipes and instructions from senior chefs.
- **Support Senior Chefs**: Work closely with the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Head Chef to ensure that the kitchen operations run smoothly.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
- **Kitchen Hygiene**: Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including proper handling of ingredients, equipment, and work surfaces in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in checking stock levels, managing inventory, and ensuring ingredients are stored correctly.
- **Learning & Development**: Show a willingness to learn new techniques, recipes, and cooking styles to continuously improve culinary skills.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work effectively with other kitchen staff and support them during busy service periods.

Pay: ₹12,652.81 - ₹20,000.00 per month
