Join the Boeing Network Infrastructure Services Team as an **Experienced Scrum Master - IT Infrastructure**. In this role, you will provide Agile support to the team in delivering its infrastructure Statement of Work.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Gather information to facilitate work of an Agile team in high complexity work streams to enable continuous flow of value from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with backlog owner to ensure incoming work demand is defined, sized, prioritized and properly sequenced.
- Define and resolve team work capacity across key skills.
- Provide reports and ongoing visibility on backlog and in-work status, progress, issues and risks.
- Coordinate with Service Now platform team to leverage system capabilities to support workflow management.
- Identify demand management and cost optimization opportunities.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Eliminate impediments that hinder the teams’ progress.
- Coach and supervise the team on best usage of Scrum/Agile mindset, principles and ways of working.
- Support the team's efforts to build efficiency and achieve higher scrum maturity.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and events.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Ability to work well on virtual teams across multiple time-zones.
- This position will require some after-hours work to support production-impacting maintenance activities.
- Agile Scrum Master industry certification
- Working experience as an Agile Scrum Master and Coach
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong team player
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, including resolution of competing priorities
- Strong decision making skills - excellent ability to make appropriate independent decisions
- Ability to prioritize and manage time, while working multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to organize and synthesize information into meaningful reports

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- Proficient in Project Management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, Clarity PPM, ADO/JIRA, or equivalent
- PMP, PgMP or equivalent Project Management certification
- Experience working within an Information Technology infrastructure environment
- Basic knowledge of Information Technology Network Infrastruc
