**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven U.S. Calling Executive to join our team. As a U.S. Calling Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products or services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build rapport over the phone.

**Responsibilities**:

- Outbound Calling:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the U.S. to introduce our products and services.
- Effectively articulate the features and benefits of our offerings to generate interest and potential leads.
- Lead Qualification:

- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they align with our target customer profile.
- Gather relevant information about the prospect's needs and challenges to guide further interactions.
- Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through clear and effective communication.
- Address client inquiries and provide accurate information to build trust and credibility.
- Product/Service Knowledge:

- Stay informed about our products/services and industry trends to effectively address client queries.
- Continuously update knowledge on new offerings and modifications to existing products/services.
- Record Keeping:

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates on call outcomes and lead status to the sales team.
- Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
- Provide insights and feedback from client interactions to improve overall sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in outbound calling or telesales, with a focus on the U.S. market.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex product and service offerings.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Education**:
A high school Bachelor is required. Additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:
