We are actively looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position involves taking incoming calls, making outbound calls, meeting clients. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In the future, this position might include field visits as well.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Answer inquires and maintaining good relationship with clients.
- Recommend the product by understanding the requirement.
- Inform customers about various products available with us.
- Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries
- Follow the suggested process.
- Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow-up
- Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication

**Skills requires**:

- Previous experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales position preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
