**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material required by clients.
- Work closely with the accounts team to ensure smooth coordination and timely resolution of client issues.
- Manage and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and transactions.
- Store and organize financial and non-financial data in electronic formats prepare and present reports as needed.
- Communicate with clients about any unforeseen delays or issues that may arise.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Have experience to handle foreign clients
- Strong organizational skills with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Previous experience in a similar role (2 to 4 years) is preferred.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

Schedule:
