Skills:
**Major Deliverables**:

- Should have the knowledge of Underwriting risk cover by analyzing the risk profile of client, floating quote slips, negotiating the rate, terms & conditions with insurance companies and submitting the competitive quotes to client
- Ensuring compliance with the IRDA Regulations regarding business procurement and underwriting the risk.
- Assisting the Marketing team in presentation and business meetings with corporate heads and key personnel of prospective clients
- Policy servicing, renewal of expiring policies.
- Design, implement, control and checking Underwriting, Claims of clients and MIS.
- Work on new references and visiting the clients with marketing team to understand the requirements of the client and the material facts pertaining to their business.
- Internal Training
- Client portfolio inputs
- Minimum Experience should have 7+ years in same profile with leading Organization.

**Specialized job competencies**:
1. Domain expertise in General Insurance / Insurance Broking

2. Ability to maintain confidentiality

3. High service orientation and should have experience in managing large corporate clients

4. Should be able to provide tailor made solutions to customers

**Other desired attributes**:

- Minimum 5 to Maximum 12 yrs of relevant experience in Business Development
- Maintain healthy relationship with insurers to ensure aggressive terms and quotes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
