**Job Descriptions**:
As a QA Engineer, you will be involved throughout the development lifecycle with particular responsibility in the quality assurance of software development and deployment with emphasis on development and implementation of test automation (and manual tests where necessary).

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for leading QA initiatives on a variety of different development initiatives.
- Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated)
- Development and execution of functional, system and acceptance tests
- Extensive knowledge of the SCRUM or Agile Methodology
- Provide accurate estimates for testing efforts
- Ability to design, develop and execute Test Plans & Test Cases and review of all test cases and test scripts with the team and ensure quality and standards are applied correctly
- Ensure defects are raised and recorded effectively and work closely with the team to ensure a timely resolution, which includes prioritization resolution and retest
- Establish best practices for QA activities within the team
- Regular updates and risk identification for on-going projects to management

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 6 months of experience in all QA activities that includes understanding of the requirements, developing test plan, test cases and execution of the same
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data in large volumes
- Good knowledge of automated testing, techniques & methodologies to lead the automation efforts
- Experience in various SDLC methodology such as Agile
- Has strong time management skills and is able to effectively multitask
- Defect Management Tools such as JIRA
- Proactively assist the QA Managers in their development schedules to specify and scope their delivery commitments

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
