**Job Title**: Front Office Guest Service Associate (GSA)

**Location**: The Raha Resorts, [Faridabad]

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently and professionally.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the property management system.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and in accordance with resort policies.
- Promote and upsell resort amenities and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain clear communication with all departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in other front office duties as assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum of a high school diploma. A degree or diploma in hospitality management is preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly and professional attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- **Appearance**: Well-groomed, with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- **Availability**: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
