**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**: Handle end-to-end order processing, including picking, packing, and shipping of 50-100 daily orders (and scaling as needed).
- **Inventory Management**: Ensure accurate stock levels for e-commerce platforms and update listings regularly.
- **Listing Management**: Create, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
- **Quality Control**: Check the quality of items before dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Monitor daily sales and performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management.
- **Process Improvement**: Suggest and implement ways to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations, order processing, or related roles is an advantage.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or Flipkart.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
