**Job Title**:
**Pre-Owned Car Documentation & RTO Executive**

Jolly Motors, Solitaire Connect, SG Highway, Ahmedabad

**Employment Type**:
Full-Time | Immediate Joiner Required

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **documentation for pre-owned cars** including purchase, sale, delivery, and exchange paperwork.
- Coordinate and manage the **entire RTO transfer process** - RC transfer, form 29/30, NOC, insurance updates, etc.
- Ensure timely follow-up for **hypothecation removal, ownership transfer**, and other legal compliances.
- Liaise with RTO agents, finance companies, and internal teams to complete documentation without delays.
- Maintain digital and physical records of all vehicle documents as per company standards.
- Keep track of **pending RC transfers** and escalate delays when needed.
- Work closely with the sales and purchase team to verify and validate customer KYC and vehicle records.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **automobile documentation** (especially in **pre-owned premium & mid-range cars**).
- In-depth knowledge of **RTO processes** and vehicle registration transfer workflows.
- Basic understanding of **RC, insurance, form 29/30, hypothecation removal**, and related formalities.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi & English.
- Must be from **Ahmedabad** and available for **immediate joining**.
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in the automobile industry (used car segment preferred).
- Prior experience handling brands like Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Toyota, Hyundai, etc., is a plus.
- Should be organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
