**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to sell or renew **motor insurance policies**.
- Explain policy coverage, premiums, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly to customers.
- Handle customer queries regarding car/bike insurance products efficiently.
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions.
- Upsell and cross-sell other relevant insurance products where appropriate.
- Ensure timely renewals by contacting policyholders before expiry.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and claims team for post-sales support.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales and renewals.
- Maintain compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company standards.

**Requirements**:

- ** 1 to 2 years** of experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or customer service executive in **Motor Insurance**.
- Strong understanding of **car and two-wheeler insurance products, endorsements, NCBs, add-ons**, etc.
- Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (as applicable).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and telecalling tools.
- IRDAI certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with major insurance companies or brokers.
- Prior involvement in handling **policy renewals** and **third-party insurance**.
- Knowledge of RTO documentation and claims assistance.
