**Job Title**: Tally Sales Executive

**Role **:Sales Billing in Tally ERP.

**Job Summary**:
This responsible special for handling sales invoicing, maintaining accurate billing records, and ensuring smooth billing operations. This role requires expertise in **Tally ERP** for billing transactions, **MS Office** for data management and reporting, and strong file management skills to maintain organized records. The Sales Billing Executive will work closely with the finance and sales teams to process invoices accurately and respond to customer inquiries regarding billing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Invoicing and Billing Management**:

- Create and process sales invoices in **Tally ERP**, ensuring accuracy in all financial entries and records.
- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding invoices and assist in collections when required.
- **File Management and Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for sales invoices, receipts, and related documents.
- Regularly update and archive records to ensure compliance and quick access to information for audits or internal reviews.
- Periodically review files for completeness and accuracy.
- **Data Entry and Reporting**:

- Use **MS Excel** to record and manage billing data, prepare summaries, and generate reports as required by management.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly billing reports, track payment status, and reconcile accounts as necessary.
- Assist in month-end and year-end billing and reporting processes to ensure accurate financial statements.
- **Customer and Team Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to confirm order details and resolve any discrepancies in invoices.
- Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries, payment reminders, and follow-up on collections.
- Provide billing-related support to the finance team for reporting and financial audits.
- **Software and System Utilization**:

- Proficiently use **Tally ERP** for all sales billing tasks and ensure data integrity in the system.
- Utilize **MS Office** (Excel, Word) for documentation, data analysis, and report creation.
- Implement best practices for organizing and securing files to ensure smooth and efficient billing operations.

**Key Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or related roles.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Tally ERP** and **MS Office** (Excel, Word).
- Strong file management skills, with a focus on organization and accessibility.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in billing data entry and documentation.
- Effective communication skills to handle customer interactions and internal coordination.

**Working Conditions**
- Office-based role with standard working hours.
- Occasional extended hours may be required during month-end or financial closing periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
