**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Supervising and managing construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
- Seamless integration of composite works & direct procured items in the overall work sequence.
- Work mobilization, oversee fit-out construction & management of on-site activities, tracking of cost, quality, EHS & time elements pertaining to fit-out construction.
- Project closure & handover including snag identification/rectification and as-built / project closure documentation.
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring their compliance with industry standards.
- Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimize project delays, cost overruns, and safety hazards.
- Experience in commercial office fit-out management & construction

for GC / Design+Build projects).
- BE / Diploma (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)
- Experience with Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.
- Ability to manage multiple construction projects at various stages of their lifecycle.

**Qualification**: BE / Diploma (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)

**Experience: **3-5 years + Experience in commercial office Fit-out design Management & Construction (For GC / Design+Build Projects)

**Experience**:
