Responsibilities:

- Coordinating and supervising the finishing work of the construction crew, ensuring that they follow safety procedures and complete tasks on time and within budget.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure that construction work is completed correctly.
- Ensuring that work performed by the construction crew meets quality standards, and that any issues are addressed immediately.
- Maintaining accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress reports, and quality control reports.
- Liaising with the Site Incharge, Project Manager, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and any issues that arise.
- Ensuring that all work complies with building codes, regulations, and health and safety requirements.
- Identifying and reporting any project risks, and taking steps to mitigate them.
- Ensuring that all tools and equipment are in good condition, and that any damaged or unsafe items are replaced.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
