The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, managing site visits, sourcing potential buyers, and ensuring successful deal closures. This role demands strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.1. Pre Work2. RecruitmentTraining of Team & Deployment3. ClosingSourcing4. Agency on Onboarding5. Marketing Execution Online & Offline (Keeping the daily track of both)6. CP ActivationExecuting CP meet WeeklyMinimum no. of CP visit ensured at site as discussed with managementTake Snaps / videos of CP Meet7. Lead Allocation to PresalesLead V/s Walkin should be more than 10%8. Generating Targeted visits (considering closing ratio submit weekly & monthly plans to the management)9. Attending Clients and closing them at targeted rates.10. Launch Day -Customer should bring 10% own contribution cheque, Government Charges & Sanction Letter11. Mop-UpClosing the clients who were not closed at the time of token Allocation12. Sustenance –Take Booking at revised rate as per the management.13. Agreement of Customers14. Sales / Revenue TargetsThe weekly / Monthly / Quarterly and yearly targets to the achieved as given by the management.- 15. Any other task which management deems fit as per your profile can be assigned to you.
