WatchTower is a team within Control Tower of Dunzo which monitors the key operational metrics 24/7 and identifies initiatives / process improvements which can be driven to improve these metrics. **Roles & Responsibilities** - Periodic and on time publication of performance data visibility. - Tracking and driving continuous improvement across all defined Goals/KPI/metrics. - Monitor the Supply, Store Ops and Procurement Dashboards to identify breaches, work with respective stakeholders any to ensure it doesn’t breach the defined control limits. - Follow up with concerned stakeholders and ensure completion of corrective action. - Follow the SOPs and closely working with City Operations to ensure 100% compliance to SOPs. - Alert users on discrepancies & escalate recurring issues to management. - Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Use judgement to timely escalate appropriate operational lapses. - Gather data and analyse data to arrive at actionable insights. - Ensure complete documentation of all activities/ escalations undertaken with respect to alerts raised. - Drive control on upper and lower thresholds on defined business & ops metrics. **Skill Set Required** - Impeccable Process knowledge. - Good Organising skills to plan ahead in order to complete all projects/activities within tight timelines. Ability to influence key stakeholders. - A "builder" personality, Ownership and bias for action, excellent at simplifying complex issues. **Basic Qualifications** - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration. - 6 months - 1 year experience in operations facing role. - Well versed with **Excel**, **Tableau** and functional knowledge of **SQL**. - **CTC - Upto 6 LPA
