**Placement Co-ordinator**

**Key responsibilities**
- 1. To ensure the smooth functioning of the placement process and placement calendar students

2. On a day-to-day basis co-ordinate with all respective internal stakeholders for placement-related activities

3. Co-ordinating with the academics team for enabling the placement process

4. Tie up with potential companies for final placement and internship of our students in Media and Entertainment and other relevant

industries

5. Build relationships with new and existing employers in order to source suitable vacancies

6. Creating new viable opportunities for students of all verticals

7. Maintain data on the status of all students and alumni data

8. Handle and motivate the placement team/ committee for the desired result

9. Support academic teams to organize guest lectures/industry visits

10. To help students prepare their resumes and update it accordingly

11. To organize soft skill and personality development sessions for the students

**Specific Skill Set**:

- Must be organised and focused
- Good communicator (both oral and written) in English and coordination skills
- Well versed with all tools of MS Office
- Self-motivated, initiator and results-oriented
- Should demonstrate positive attitude, high motivation and interpersonal skills
- Should be a team player

**Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 1 to 5 years**

**Location(s) of Job: Pune**

**Minimum Education Requirements: Graduate in any stream with relevant experience**

**No of rounds of Interviews: 3**

**Work Timings : 9:30 am to 6:30 pm**

**Languages : English, Hindi**

**Any other skill set**:

- Enjoys working with people of all ages, from youth to parents and College staff
- Efficiently organized, with the ability to maintain detailed records
- Ability to execute events in a well-coordinated and planned manner
- Time management and follow-up skills
