We are searching for a persuasive sales assistant to set and smash our sales targets.

Sales Assistant is a position which is the backbone and driving force of our company.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Follow-up with potential clients.**

**2. Send relevant mail to clients.**

**3. Meet and exceed sales targets**

**4. Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts**

**5. Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives**

**6. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers**

**Qualifications**
- At least HS in Science Stream from an English Medium School/College
- 0-2 years' quota carrying sales experience
- Strong Interest in electrical engineering or related fields.
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales and meet targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Keen to learn new things and faster than others.

**Note-**
**Salary will be based on your experience, last ctc and your interview.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 100% travel
