Job Title: Tele Caller/Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
1. Tele Calling: Handle incoming and outgoing calls to book appointments, confirm bookings, and follow up with patients.

2. Reception Management: Manage the reception area, greet patients, and provide excellent customer service.

3. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments, manage cancellations, and reschedule appointments as needed.

4. Patient Communication: Respond to patient queries, provide information about services, and address concerns.

5. Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, appointments, and feedback.

6. Clinic Promotion: Promote the clinic's services and offers to patients and potential clients.

**Requirements**:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

3. Basic knowledge of physiotherapy services (desirable)

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and telecalling software

5. Friendly and patient-centric approach

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,543.74 - ₹15,000.00 per month
