**Role: Sr. Graphic Designer (Expertise in Branding Required)**

We are looking for 3 or more graphic designers with different experience.
1 - Sr. Graphic Designer (4+ Years of experience)
2- Mid-level Graphic Designer (2 to 3 years of experience)
3 - Jr. graphic Designer (0 to 1 years experience)

As a senior graphic designer, you would be creating the face of what we put out into the world. You would be instrumental in managing and delivering project outcomes that are highly polished and inspiring. Some of the work you can expect at Studio Carbon is:

- Leading and managing a set of multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Conducting client and user facing interviews, research and workshops.
- Deciphering their needs and preferences, and guiding the project and your team in the right direction.
- Creating inclusive and extensive brand language for physical and digital products.
- Conducting regular quality control. Ensuring that designs are of the highest quality and meet the needs and requirements of clients.
- Co-ordinating with the client and regularly presenting concepts and designs for review.
- Co-ordinating with various teams in the studio for multi-disciplinary projects.
- Ensuring that all project timelines are followed and deadlines are met.
- Understanding team strengths, weaknesses and interests and delegating appropriate tasks accordingly.
- Ensuring a healthy work and emotional well-being among your team.
- Mentoring your team and providing guidance and support as they develop their skills.
- Engaging in ideation and brainstorm sessions for various studio projects.
- Self-led communication design work that benefits the studio

**Requirements**:

- BDes or MDes in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field is preferred.
- Strong online portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
- Superb command over Adobe Suite softwares such as Illustrator, Indesign, After Effects and Photoshop.
- High level of attention to detail, and the ability to find and filter out design mistakes.
- Experience managing multiple projects and teams, while meeting deadlines and working effectively under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and designs clearly and effectively to clients.
- The ability to adapt to changing client needs and design trends, and to stay up-to-date with industry developments and new design tools and techniques.
- The ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and manage conflicting priorities.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gandhinagar, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
