Roles and Responsibilities:

- Create visually appealing and engaging designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website banners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives. Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on the project brief.
- Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and effectively communicate the desired message.
- Use graphic design software and tools to create high-quality designs.
- Review designs for errors before finalizing and submitting them for approval.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
- Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm ideas and contribute to the overall creative process.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary revisions.
- Knowledge of printing processes and specifications.
- Familiarity with web design principles and best practices is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
