**About the Role**

We’re looking for a creative, independent Instagram Carousel Creator to design, write, and deliver engaging carousel posts for multiple brands each month. You’ll be provided with photos and a basic gist of what each slide should cover — but the magic of turning that into a scroll-stopping, on-brand carousel will be up to you.

This role is perfect for someone who can take mínimal direction and run with it — blending design, storytelling, and strategy into content that connects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create ~20 carousel posts per month across 2-3 different brand accounts.
- Take provided assets (photos, videos, or short briefs) and transform them into polished, visually cohesive carousels.
- Write catchy, on-brand captions and slide copy that feel natural and engaging.
- Use creative freedom to link carousels back to corresponding videos, reels, or shorts where relevant.
- Ensure each carousel follows the visual identity and tone of its brand.
- Deliver content on time with mínimal supervision, managing your own creative workflow.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools).
- A knack for writing concise, engaging, and brand-relevant captions.
- Ability to take a basic one-line gist and independently build it into a finished carousel.
- Strong time management: able to consistently deliver ~20 carousels each month.
- Experience creating content for Instagram (preferably across multiple accounts/brands).
- Creative problem-solver who can balance aesthetics, storytelling, and strategy.

**Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)**
- Familiarity with video-to-carousel adaptation (e.g., pulling stills or repurposing video ideas).
- Experience in content marketing or social media strategy.
- Basic knowledge of analytics to understand what performs well.
