**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and on time.
- Provide detailed information about products, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and logistics for order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate customer records and feedback in CRM systems.
- Follow up on pending customer issues to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Assist in improving customer service procedures and standards.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.

**Qualification**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
