Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- **Receiving and Storing Inventory**:Receiving goods, inspecting for damage or discrepancies, and storing them appropriately in the warehouse or stockroom.
- **Maintaining Accurate Records**:Keeping track of inventory levels, using inventory management software, and ensuring that records match physical stock.
- **Inventory Control**:Monitoring stock levels, identifying potential shortages, and managing reorder points to prevent stockouts.
- **Procurement**:Placing purchase orders with suppliers to replenish stock and coordinating with procurement teams.
- **Physical Inventory Counts**:Conducting periodic physical counts to verify the accuracy of records and identify any discrepancies.
- **Monitoring and Analyzing Data**:Collecting and analyzing historical data to forecast demand and identify trends.
- **Collaboration**:Working with other departments, such as sales, production, and shipping, to ensure smooth operations.
- **Safety and Security**:Ensuring that the stockroom or warehouse is clean, organized, and follows safety and security protocols.
- **Reporting**:Generating reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant information for management.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Strong organizational skills**: Being able to manage a large volume of inventory and maintain a clean and organized space.
- **Analytical skills**: Ability to analyze data, forecast demand, and identify trends in inventory management.
- **Attention to detail**: Ensuring accuracy in inventory records and physical counts.
- **Problem-solving skills**: Identifying and resolving inventory issues, such as shortages or discrepancies.
- **Communication skills**: Working effectively with other departments and suppliers.
- **Inventory management software proficiency**: Experience using and managing inventory software systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
