**Training Delivery**: Conduct process training sessions for new hires and existing employees to ensure they understand the organization's processes, policies, and best practices.
- **Process Documentation**: Develop, update, and maintain training materials, process flow documents, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- **Needs Assessment**: Identify training needs by collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing performance gaps, and gathering feedback from team leaders and managers.
- **Onboarding Support**: Facilitate smooth onboarding of new employees by providing comprehensive process training and assessments.
- **Skill Assessment**: Evaluate trainees’ understanding through tests, role-plays, or simulations, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- **Process Improvements**: Partner with process owners to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements to streamline workflows.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track trainee performance post-training and ensure compliance with established processes through audits and follow-ups.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with quality assurance teams and supervisors to align training programs with performance standards.
- **Technology Integration**: Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and digital tools to deliver interactive and effective training sessions.
- **Reporting and Feedback**: Prepare detailed training reports, document feedback from participants, and propose improvements for training effectiveness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
