**Minimum 2 years of experience as a Process Trainer in the health insurance or motor insurance domain.**

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Certification in Training or Learning & Development preferred

**Requirements**:

- Need immediate joiner.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Process Trainer in the health/ motor insurance domain
- Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs
- Strong understanding of health insurance processes and regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

**Application Process**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees on health insurance processes, policies, and systems
- Evaluate training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
- Update and revise training content and materials as necessary to ensure relevance and accuracy
- Provide coaching and mentoring to trainers and trainees to enhance learning outcomes
- Maintain training records and prepare progress reports for management

**Technical Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred

**Technical Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of health/motor insurance processes, regulations, and industry standards
- Ability to grasp complex concepts and communicate them effectively to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design techniques

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
